At Planet Bark® we pride ourselves in our staff training and development. Each staff member goes through our Barkology Certificate of Excellence Program. This unique two part program brings them through every aspect of the Dog Resort Industry and most importantly prepares them for providing superior care to our guests.
Our staff is trained to understand pack mentality, signs of stress or trouble, and how to keep dogs happy and safe. We also require our staff members to complete the Certified Pet Care Technician (CPCT) program and be certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. This ensures that everyone is working from the same loving concept of dog care and training.
Planet Bark®’s specially trained staff is also equipped to care for guests with special needs. Whether your pet has dietary concerns or enjoying their retirement years, we offer V.I.P. (Very Individualized Playtime) and special attention at no additional cost.
