Reservations
AUGUST 2023 UPDATE:
CLICK HERE to use our Online Reservation (OLR) portal for your DAYCARE and BOARDING reservations! The webpage form is no longer available for reservations.
Reservations are required for all boarding and daycare stays, including Weekend Day Boarding.
Existing Planet Bark clients whose dogs who have successfully completed an interview can register or sign in to use the OLR portal. If you are an existing client who has not yet used the OLR portal, click the “Register Here” link on the Client Login page, select “Existing Client” and sign up using the name, phone number, and email that are primary on your account. Please email or call our office if you have any questions or if you need to modify the primary name, phone number, or email associated with your account.
New Clients whose dogs have not yet completed an interview at Planet Bark, please visit the New Dog Registration page to enroll your dog in our program prior to reserving any boarding or daycare stay.
NOTE: Due to limited space, submission of a boarding or daycare reservation through the Online Reservation (OLR) portal does not guarantee that reservation. You will receive an email back from Planet Bark that either confirms your reservation, or lets you know if we cannot accommodate your request. Please contact us by phone if you do not hear back within 24 hours.
Overnight Boarding
Your dog will be dropped off and picked up on different days. We reserve the right to decline an Overnight Boarding stay or charge an additional fee if no reservation has been made by 7:00pm of the day prior to the first boarding day. Clients are not able to make same day boarding reservations in the OLR portal, please call our office if you require same day boarding. Refer to the Rates section for price information.
Daycare (Monday through Friday)
Your dog will be dropped off and picked up on the same day. We also offer Half Days of daycare; half day mornings will be dropped off and picked up between 7:00am – 12:00pm, and afternoon half days will be dropped off and picked up between 2:00pm – 7:00pm. Clients are not able to make same day daycare reservations in the OLR portal, please call our office if you require same day daycare reservations. Refer to the Rates section for price information.
Weekend Day Boarding (Saturday and Sunday Only)
Drop off your dog in the morning (8:00am – 10:00am on weekends) and pick them up in the afternoon of the same day (5:00pm – 7:00pm). While not daycare, your dog will be socializing with the dogs boarding at Planet Bark for the weekend. Instead of the 12:00pm – 2:00pm naptime break that the dogs have for daycare, it is a longer 11:00am – 3:00pm break. We reserve the right to decline a Weekend Day Boarding stay or charge an additional fee if no reservation has been made by 7:00pm of the day prior to the boarding day. Planet Bark cares for boarding dogs 365 days a year; however, our office will be closed on select holidays. Therefore, no check-ins/check-outs will be available on the following days:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
On the following holidays, our office will be open for “weekend hours” (8:00 am – 10:00 am, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm):
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
